ONEKNOB
Privacy Policy
Effective July 17, 2026 · ONEKNOB is a product of MNGR Inc (Delaware, USA)
We built ONEKNOB on one idea: every dollar visible. That standard applies to your data too. This policy says what we collect, why, and what we will never do — in plain language.
What we collect
Applications: name, email, city, date of birth (to verify program eligibility), social handles and follower counts, and what you tell us about your goals. Street Team activity: links to posts you submit, verification results, view counts, and payout records. Campaign activity: approvals, budgets, and transaction records needed to run your campaigns and produce your statements. Usage: basic analytics about how the site and app are used (pages, referrers, aggregate behavior).
What we use it for
Reviewing applications, running campaigns, verifying posts, paying creators, producing financial statements, providing support, and improving the product. We send transactional email (application status, payout confirmations) and, only if you opt in, updates.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. And our public covenant: we never use your creative works — audio, lyrics, compositions — to train AI models. Operational data only, never art.
Who we share with
Service providers who run our infrastructure (hosting, database, email delivery, payments) under their own confidentiality obligations; payment processors for payouts and tax compliance; and authorities when the law genuinely requires it. That's the list.
Your rights
Email us to access, correct, or delete your information: marinteta@protonmail.com. We honor deletion requests except where we must keep records (e.g., tax and payment law). California and EU residents have additional rights under CCPA/GDPR — the same email handles those requests.
Age
The Street Team program requires you to be 18 or older. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it, and material changes get announced — not buried.
